Professionals in sports ranging from football, basketball, baseball, to soccer come to NST’s state-of-the-art facilities for expert training, privacy and an atmosphere in which they are accustomed. Get speed development, weight training, recovery, regeneration, nutrition, prehab/rehab, and skill training all in one spot.

PRO ATHLETE PERFORMANCE TRAINING

EVALUATION

Determines athletic ability and shows growth toward goals.  Testing includes speed, vertical jump, broad jump, agility, strength, core strength, flexibility / mobility & injury potential. Testing is done via computers for accuracy.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM DESIGN

Programs are designed specific to athletes goals, sport, position + weaknesses (found during assessment).

PRO ATHLETE MEDICAL EVALUATION

Performance kinetic chain evaluation (movement, flexibility, mobility, limb compensation screen.) Chiropractic pelvic, spinal and limbs evaluation.

PRO ATHLETE MEDICAL EVALUATION

Massage and compression therapy (normatec, rapid reboot).  Myofascial release using trigger point therapy (Hyperice Gun / Roller).  Active regeneration focusing on neuromuscular and structural cell recovery (actin / myofibril / sarcoplasmic).  Lymphatic drainage, tissue therapy and body realignment for neuromuscular enhancement.

SPORT / POSITION DEVELOPMENT

Weight room & field workouts specificly designed to enhance speed, power and explosiveness to your sport and position. Skill develop can also be available upon request (Football QB / WR / TE / DB / LB / Line, Basketball  and  Baseball).

MEASURING PROGRESS

To eliminate human error, computers are used to ensure accuracy when reevaluating athletes to ensure progress has actually been made. If physique transformation is your goal, before and after photos can be provided upon request.
