🚨POWER🚨
For our med ball power exercise athletes are completing a Half Kneeling Lateral Jump Stick with a Rotational Underhand Toss.
This drill focuses on lateral force pushing through the frontal plane and finishing into a rotational throw.
This will enhance the athletes ability to produce power.

💪Mobility Movement of the Day 💪
Today athletes are going through a banded TKE (Terminal Knee Extension) this would more than likely be a strength choice more so then mobility, but I do love programming this as a pre lift exercise.
The banded TKE strengthens the quad, which helps strengthen the muscles in any extension exercise. It also places less stress on the actual knee joint.
This is a great choice for any ACL injury prevention protocol.
