THE NST DIFFERENCE

NST (Nervous System Training) utilizes a unique style of training that focuses on neural recruitment. We focus on developing the neurological synapses of the nervous system and the muscle fibers it innervates. This process tricks the body to activate and recruit the maximum amount of fast twitch muscle fibers your genetics will allow.

By improving fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment, our athletes dramatically increase SPEED, STRENGTH, POWER, and EXPLOSION.

NST works with athletes and teams ages 6-Professional focusing on Speed, Vertical, Strength, Power and Injury Prevention. NST enhances these components by utilizing Science, Physics, Mathematics, Biomechanics, and Character Development.

NST increases power by training the body to explode with force yielding in higher vertical jumps and overall explosiveness.

NST increases acceleration and top speed by focusing on sprint mechanics in combination with strength and power.

PERFECT FOOTWORK

NST’s perfect footwork training is designed to combine speed and agility to give athletes better maneuverability.

INJURY PREVENTION

NST teaches recovery techniques to reduce the risk of injury and increase flexibility, mobility, and balance.
